E-mail

E-mail on the Jared Rimer network is very particular on how it is set up. When your account was created, it includes functions on creating, managing, and troubleshooting your account. Here are some basics to help you.

Your control panel and FTP

Your control panel has a specific username and password. It is also the same for your main FTP account. Should you lose your account access, please contact the network for assistance.

There are specific addresses to log in to FTP and your control panel. Here are examples.

Blocking

After so many attempts, the server will block you out for too many failed attempts. If this is the case, please use the network's IP unblocking page to get assistance. If you've tried a few times and failed, please contact the network for assistance as there could be a chance we can reset a password or give you some additional help before you lock yourself out.

There can also be the chance the block is temporary. We do not have any way to check if thats the case, so if you do try again and are successful, please let us know as soon as you can, in case we can't get the IP unblock request off till later on in the day.
